Each user may maintain only one active account with SnapMeds. Multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. After reasonable attempts, undelivered items may be returned to the pharmacy, and you may be charged a redelivery fee for subsequent delivery attempts.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Prices for medications and products are set by our partner pharmacies and may change without prior notice.

SnapMeds provides a delivery service only and does not provide medical advice. Information about medications provided through our Service is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
We strive to ensure our Service is available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.
