1. Introduction

Welcome to SnapMeds. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SnapMeds medicine delivery service (the "Service"), whether accessed via phone call, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel we offer.

By using our Service, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Service Description

SnapMeds is a medicine delivery service that connects users with licensed pharmacies and delivers medications and healthcare products to users' specified locations. Our key services include:

  • Processing orders for prescription and over-the-counter medications
  • Verifying prescriptions with appropriate healthcare authorities
  • Delivering medications and healthcare products to your specified location
  • Providing optional medication reminders and related healthcare services

We aim to deliver orders within 20-45 minutes, but actual delivery times may vary based on location, product availability, traffic conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

3. Eligibility and Account

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3.2 Account Information

When using our Service, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the ordering process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your contact information and for all activities that occur under your phone number or WhatsApp account.

3.3 One Person, One Account

Each user may maintain only one active account with SnapMeds. Multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted.

4. Ordering and Delivery Process

4.1 Placing Orders

Orders can be placed via phone call or WhatsApp. When placing an order, you must provide:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Delivery address within our service area
  • Clear details of the medications or products you wish to order
  • Valid prescription for prescription medications

4.2 Prescription Requirements

For prescription medications:

  • A valid, current prescription from a licensed healthcare provider is required
  • The prescription must be clearly legible and include all required information
  • We reserve the right to verify prescriptions with the issuing healthcare provider
  • We cannot accept prescriptions that appear altered, expired, or otherwise invalid

4.3 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation with estimated delivery time and cost details. This confirmation is not a guarantee that all items will be available. We will notify you promptly if any items are unavailable.

4.4 Delivery

By using our Service, you agree to:

  • Be available at the delivery location during the estimated delivery window
  • Provide accurate and complete delivery instructions
  • Present valid ID if required for certain medications
  • Inspect delivered items upon receipt

If you are not available at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. After reasonable attempts, undelivered items may be returned to the pharmacy, and you may be charged a redelivery fee for subsequent delivery attempts.

4.5 Delivery Area

Our Service is currently available only within specified areas. Delivery outside these areas is not available. You can check if your location is within our service area by contacting our customer support before placing an order.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Prices for medications and products are set by our partner pharmacies and may change without prior notice.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery
  • Digital payment apps (specified at the time of order)
  • Credit/debit cards (for certain orders)
  • Online banking

5.3 Delivery Fees

We currently offer free delivery within our service area. However, we reserve the right to introduce or modify delivery fees in the future with prior notice.

5.4 Refunds and Returns

Our refund and return policy is as follows:

  • Medications cannot be returned once delivered due to safety and regulatory requirements
  • In case of wrong, damaged, or expired products, contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method when applicable
  • Non-medication products may be eligible for return if unopened and in original packaging

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

When using our Service, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to obtain prescription medications without a valid prescription
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person, including our staff or delivery partners
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
  • Attempt to order controlled substances in quantities that suggest misuse
  • Use another person's information without their explicit consent

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if we suspect violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The SnapMeds name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SnapMeds or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

All content, features, and functionality of our Service are owned by SnapMeds, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 No Medical Advice

SnapMeds provides a delivery service only and does not provide medical advice. Information about medications provided through our Service is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

8.2 Service Availability

We strive to ensure our Service is available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapMeds and its officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use our Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through our Service
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SnapMeds, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City], India.

Before pursuing legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may initiate formal proceedings.

11. Severability and Waiver
